Orders which are Pending Fulfilment are automatically created in MetaPack and allocated to the best service according to consumer location, product type and/or consumer-required service level. The packer can use the Netsuite order reference to identify which order they are packing and print the correct labels. Pre-populated Custom Documents (CN22/23) can also be printed if required. When the carrier arrives simply manifest all shipments via MetaPack and compliant documentation is printed for the driver. MetaPack will then automatically update Netsuite showing a Pending Billing status together with tracking numbers. Consumer emails such as Despatch Notification (with hyperlink to the consignment on the carrier site) or Out for Delivery Today can be sent from MetaPack to improve customer service.
